Suit Hire Policy – Auckland CBD & Albany Showroom
- Advance booking is essential.
- Sizes & fit:
- Adult: XS to 6XL, in regular and slim fits.
- Children: Sizes suitable for ages 2 to 10 years.
- Alterations: Trousers’ length can be adjusted where feasible.
- Booking payment: The hire fee must be paid to secure the booking.
- Security bond: A refundable security bond of $200 is required at pickup. It will be refunded in full on safe and timely return of the garments, subject to deductions for any damage or late return. Refunds will be processed to the same EFTPOS or credit card used for the original payment.
- Drycleaning: The hire price includes standard dry cleaning.
- Pickup and return window: You may pick up the suit one day before the event and return it one day after the event. Longer rental periods can be arranged and may incur an additional surcharge.
- Late returns: Unless otherwise agreed, late return fees will apply.
- Cancellation policy:
- At least 7 days’ notice: Partial refunds are available. The refund amount is the hire fee minus $50 per suit to cover administration and other costs.
- Last-minute bookings: For cancellations made after a last-minute booking, no refund will be provided (we have already spent time preparing garments and those items would be unavailable to other customers). Note: we do not charge last-minute booking fee on top of normal hiring cost which some other firms do, so our pricing are already very reasonable.
