Why Us?

  • We are very much differ from some of the tailors from overseas, who come in every 3-6 months (back in the old days).
  • We are Auckland based so you can easily email us or call us, and we will be able to speak with you rather than talking to some call centre in India or China.
  • The same team that talk to you in Auckland will be personally come down to see you on tours.
  • And if there is alteration afterward, you won’t need to wait for months for someone to come in from overseas to sort it out. Most of the alterations will be done by us in Auckland, so you won’t get hit with any bill from customs or getting it lost in the post.

What Will Happen?

  • Contact us or book online for Wellington or Christchurch appointments. We always book for hotel/ motel that is close to CBD and with plenty of parking around.
  • Before we flight out, we will inform you of the hotel address if it has changed.
  • During the appointment, you will be able to look at fabrics, getting measured, pick the styles.
  • We will come back to Auckland and process your order. A few weeks later, once the garments are ready we will let you know and organised for it to be shipped to you.
  • Occasionally alterations are required. Just book to see us for our next tour and we can sort you out. Or if minor alteration, we can also arrange a zoom call, and you can then send the item back to Auckland straightaway. Simple and straight forward.
