YOU ENJOY YOUR BLACK TIE EVENT
New clients:
- Contact us in advance prior to your black tie event / function.
- Give us your size or rough measurements, we can put aside something.
- Book a time for fitting (when you arrive in Auckland). Payment can be made on the day.
- Take suit away for the event.
- Return to us in person, or if you need to leave Auckland immediately and stay at a hotel in town, you can arrange to leave it at reception, we will collect it for you.
Returning clients:
- Assuming your size hasn’t change, get in touch with us prior to the black tie event.
- We can organise everything remotely for you.
- Pickup suit during our business hours (when you arrive).
- We can collect it from your nearby hotel’s reception again.
Policy:
- To secure your order, hire payment is required.
- Bond is required at the time of pickup and is fully refundable upon safely drop off the suits to us, and on time.
- Unless agreed with us otherwise on return dates, late return fee will apply.
